Rotary International awarded the OPHS Interact Club its Presidential Award for the school year 2009 - 2010 to recognize the Club for their many successful service projects and activities during the year.

2009 - 2010 Interact Club School Year Program

• This is a picture of the Osbourn Park High School Interact Club donating $1,000. which they have earned from various fund raising activities, to the Manassas Rotary Club to help buy Shelter Boxes to assist people in Japan. With the Interact Club’s donation the Manassas Rotary Club will be able to purchase six Shelter Boxes. ShelterBox is an international disaster relief charity that delivers emergency shelter, warmth and dignity to people affected by disaster worldwide. Each ShelterBox is tailored to a disaster but typically contains a disaster relief tent for an extended family, blankets, water storage and purification equipment, cooking utensils, a stove, a basic tool kit, a children’s activity pack and other vital items.
